Daily pre-use preventive maintenance inspections are required in accordance with ANSI B56.1 standard, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.602 and George E. Booth. All Machine components should visually be checked while proceeding through the checklist. Blanks are provided for the user to insert additional items that may require checking on some individual pieces of equipment. Any discrepancies should be recorded in the remarks section on the back of this page.
